JA Experiences & Discovery is not a package holiday provider. It does not sell or arrange flights and does not arrange transport bookings. Customers are responsible for arranging their own travel and transport.

Third-party activity bookings are subject to the relevant third-party provider’s own terms.

Accessibility information should be checked with the relevant venue, provider or hotel before relying on it.

Destination information can change, and customers should check official travel, entry, safety and local information before making decisions.

Service delivery

Our services are delivered online. Where a paid guidance service is provided, JA Experiences & Discovery will usually send the completed guidance, itinerary notes, destination information, planning summary or related documents by email. Documents may be supplied in Word, Excel and/or PDF format, depending on the service selected and the information required.
